While we do have Min service Charges for all of our Services a Final Flat rate detailed estimate is provided to acknowledge what is and is not included in services.

Property Washes vary but have a min charge. Other factors for property wash are amount of algae present and other deciding factors. (rust stains, gutter brightening, graffiti removal separate charges)

Our pricing is calculated by sq feet of property service area for treatment

(ex: sq foot of roof x levels exposed above ground = outside avg surface area

*Junk removal ( you load we haul offered)  = min charge or per item/ load

*Snow Clearing= sq footage of area + salting if requested per occurrence/ clearing and  inches existing

*Material or Product Delivery= per load, weight or item + distance ( driveway delivery)

*mobilization fee included in all estimates

*Small engine Tune ups  ( per job) pickup and delivery available

We do our very best to donate as many items acceptable to donation centers and even offer to consignment shops to support other local small businesses. We have holding facilities as needed to ensure this. Some items may qualify for recycling at a local center and some items may even qualify to be re sold. We will also donate to shelters in the areas when at all possible.  Or donate to those in need specific. All of these factors are what are considered when pricing is given and helps keep our costs down as most others who simply dump everything into our landfill or on the side of the road for a quick dollar.

We are not able to compete with hobbyists or those that may even have the skill set and or equipment to provide same or similar quality workmanship and even warranty. While our overhead is small we do have regular business expenses to include licensing, marketing, insurance, labor, payroll, fees,  fuel, mobilization,  general liability and more. Once required documents provided for review our office will review and fwd to the Owner(s) to take into consideration all of stated above and even some research may go into requests on persons/ companies offering on bid. Most do qualify for the price beat guarantee and is in addition to any potential discounts or promotions offered at any given time. GLC Enterprises and its Owner(s) will ultimately have the final say and can reject this guarantee for any reason at any time prior to deposit or services beginning.
